35t/50t Embossing Press
The 35t embossing press is ideal for the final production of license plates in all standard formats. With continuous embossing, it achieves an embossing speed of up to 240 pieces per hour. In combination with our embossing folding frame, the 50t embossing press is ideally suited for precisely converting filigree characters and embossing edges into individual formats.
All our embossing presses are CE certified and can be operated with a conventional 230V power connection. They have a maintenance-free hydraulic power unit. Additional noise insulation for the hydraulics and a shelf with space for 270 block tools and 1,000 license plate blanks are available as an option.
Hot Stamping Machine
The hot stamping machine with electronic temperature monitoring enables uncomplicated, odour-free and fast colouring for vehicle licence plates. With only 10 seconds throughput time per sign, up to 360 license plates per hour (520mm length) can be colored. The hot stamping machine is available in three versions: for the processing of license plates in a maximum height of 125mm, 178mm and 250mm.

Laser technology / watermarking: Tailor-made laser components in vehicle license plates offer a high level of counterfeit protection
Windshield trailer behind the windshield: The combination of license plates with a windshield tag including NFC technology for reading out owner and vehicle data ensures traceability and maximum theft protection
Safety Stickers: An additional sticker (self-destructive during acceptance testing) in the form of a seal gives the license plate an official document status
Hot stamping foil: Customized hot stamping foils, with or without labeling, increase counterfeit protection while maintaining UV and weather resistance
Individual barcoding: For more transparency in the production of car license plates with lasered serial numbers for international markets. The number of license plates produced can be compared to the registration process
Multi-color roll-to-roll screen printing
All of our films are reflective and available in a wide range of sizes and colors. It is important for us to have a customer-specific design according to the requirements of the different countries. Logos, coats of arms or flags can be placed and printed as desired. The various options give the license plate an official and customer-oriented look.
Our offer for the clean and odourless production of licence plates according to DIN 74069 as well as for the production of fun plates ranges from hot stamping foils in standard colours to colourful designs with various effects and lettering.
