DKT “Blues Brothers Concept” presents itself to the public

Preparations for Intertraffic Amsterdam 2021, the most important leading trade fair in international transport technology, are once again gaining momentum after the pandemic-related postponement of almost a year. This is where the “Who is Who” of traffic technology meets from 23.-26.03. 2021 in Amsterdam. Last Wednesday, the time had come. The Bluesmobil with its trade fair concept was presented to the public for the first time as part of a team building measure. In full outfit and with their own bluesmobile, the Dodge Monaco 1974, the DKT team paid a visit to the Altusried Autokino. Of course, which film was shown here – of course the legendary movie “Blues Brothers – Extended Version”.

Ahrensburg, 22.07.2020. The sales team around DKT Managing Director Bernhard Gött was already in the starting blocks in March and was looking forward to the upcoming trade fair presence, Intertraffic in Amsterdam 2020. But then the global Corona pandemic made a dent in the bill.

After the announcement of the new event date and the opportunity to breathe life back into the well-thought-out exhibition concept and the preparations, it is also time to pick up the team and “groove in”, says Bernhard Gött. Said done: on 22.07.2020 the Blues Brothers (Extended Version) was shown in the Altusrieder Autokino. The perfect moment to tune in the DKT team. Philipp Kroschke, Managing Director of the Kroschke Group, did not miss the task of travelling to the Allgäu. The much-photographed “Bluesmobil” caused a stir and a sensation in the Allgäu, but also when the DKT team all arrived in the beer garden for dinner in the Blues Brothers outfit (black suits with sunglasses, hat and briefs). The enthusiasm was equally high when the Bluesmobile entered the cinema grounds with the “US police siren” in the reserved parking lot directly in front of the screen. Together with the numerous visitors, the film with cool drinks and snacks became a successful team evening. True to the motto “No chance for car theft” the trade fair team is pleased to welcome all interested at The Intertraffic in Amsterdam, at booth 12,400 and 12,403 on 64 sqm. In addition to the novel hybrid solution in the third license plate behind the windshield, the DKT presents holistic safety concepts and database solutions for complete road/motorway sections or country networks.
