The Kroschke Group, with its headquarters in Ahrensburg, and Bremicker Verkehrstechnik GmbH, with its headquarters in Weilheim in Upper Bavaria, have established the joint venture DKT Deutsche Kennzeichen Technik GmbH to strike out on an international path. DKT develops innovative registration, traffic management and traffic monitoring systems for maximum customer benefits. The Kroschke Group and Bremicker Verkehrstechnik GmbH bundle expertise and experience from 147 years of family-owned company tradition under the DKT umbrella.
From September 2018, Bernhard Gött, previously a managing director within the MAHA Group, will take over the management and international business development of DKT. “DKT will focus on the classic production of registration plates as well as, primarily, secure registration systems with database solutions and smart traffic technology for international markets”, says Bernhard Gött. “In the age of digitalisation, the pooling of the extensive know-how of both companies enables us to go beyond traditional registration plates and road signs to offer digital, smart and individual solutions for our customers”, explains Philipp Kroschke, spokesperson of the Kroschke Group Management Board.
Bernhard Gött is able to draw on over 15 years of experience in developing international markets and project management as well as his global contacts. DKT will also receive support from another industry expert: Klaus Burger – former sales manager at the MAHA Group – who will act as a consultant for the company for the expansion of the markets so that it can benefit from his international experience.
Besides the B2G segment, ministries of transport and local registration offices, DKT is also focussed on dealership networks and inspection organisations as well as investors in the area of innovative infrastructure.
